Owner :   NOBLE Development Public Co., Ltd.
Structural Engineer :   Interpac Co., Ltd. & CASE Co., Ltd.
Architect :   IAW Co., Ltd.
Structure :   The project locates on Sukhumvit 36 Road and composes of two main buildings. The hotel building and condominium building has 12 storeys and 34 storeys, respectively. Building's height is 128.90 m from reference ground level. Total usable area is approximately 82,071 sq.m.

The structural system is post-tensioned concrete flat slab. CASE analyzed the structures of the buildings to check its behaviors under strong wind and earthquake.
